Keen to explore a more dynamic approach to consulting

We moved on from the large consultancy we previously worked with and reached out across our networks to understand how organisations found and worked with independent consultants.

To our surprise, people told us how hard it was to connect with great independents. Most relied on word of mouth. Many were struggling to find the expertise they needed.

We came across organisations looking for help with fascinating projects. But they kept hitting barriers. The need for something a bit different, not off-the-shelf. The need for cost effective solutions. The need to work with people who really care about creating the best outcome. The need to work with a team who they know and trust.

Above all, people told us they needed a multidisciplinary approach to give their projects broad and sustained impact.

And that sparked the idea for the Consultants Collective

My expertise is in leadership, talent management and organisation design. And my approach is to work in partnership with our clients to develop pragmatic, sustainable initiatives.

Having established and led new organisations, I love the challenge of thinking about every aspect of what makes an enterprise successful.

Marisa Chatterson

Beginning my career in assessment and leadership development, I realised the importance of good job design, organisational structure and reward to enable people to reach their full potential and deliver. 

My passion lies in exploring practical solutions with clients to structure their reward and recognition frameworks to maximise both employee and employer needs, supporting business and people strategy.
